not really sure why the name is this, but it's cute and in comes in many colors, I think this is great with jeans, skirts, and even shorts!! Wear a printed scarf and you will be good to go!

This is my number 1 favorite new item from their collection (mainly the color) it is super cute and is nice worn with stripes of something printed. I just can't get over the color it is so pretty
